From the moment we drove through the iron gates, we fell in love with this special place. The storied history, beautiful chapels, and thoughtfully developed trails make this pastoral estate both restorative and energizing.
The Preserve at Maple Creek is an expansive property which includes a large farmhouse centered on a one-room cabin from the 1700s, a beautifully restored barn cabin with modern amenities, a log cabin from the 1800s, a glass-walled chapel built from recycled glass, an outdoor open chapel and bell tower. And then, there is an extensive marked trail system highlighted by creeks, historical sites, thoughtfully placed benches and the Mountaineer summit.
We look forward to having you as our guests to enjoy The Preserve at Maple Creek for a relaxing stay, small wedding, family reunion, corporate retreat or gatherings. Currently we are completing major renovations as the property has been vacant for more than a decade.
We are excited to share the Glass Chapel is finished and ready for your event. The Farmhouse Event reception area and kitchen prep area for caterers are also complete. And, we recently opened the Barn Cabin and Farmhouse Guest Quarters for rent with a minimum two-night stay.
Later this summer, the Red Roof Cabin by the creek will be available for rent.
